A cross between a performance and an installation, Tama & Votives was executed in-situ during a private art evening hosted 9 ENNEA Art Space on March 2015.

A select crowd had the opportunity to witness and interact with the piece, with attendees being invited to participate in the completion of the piece by writing down their own personal tama-wishes and appending them to the netted surface. The result was the creation of an emotionally charged piece – a network of thoughts, hopes and citations, linking the sentiment of different minds, capturing a moment in time and emanating energy.

Stunning in its simplicity, elegance and depth, Martinou‘s artwork remained available to view by appointment.
